Are you a native Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills? We’re seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Dutch IM Chat Support, where you’ll engage with customers through Instant Messaging, providing personalized assistance to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Interactive Communication: Engage with customers/subscribers through Instant Messaging, ensuring interactive and creative communication to address their inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Personalized Assistance: Provide personalized support tailored to each user’s needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and a positive experience.
- Language Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in both Dutch and English languages, enabling seamless communication with customers and team members.
- Virtual Team Environment: Collaborate effectively in a virtual team environment, demonstrating independence and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Must be a native speaker of Dutch or possess at least C1 Level proficiency. Excellent Dutch communication skills, particularly in conversational and creative writing, are essential. Proficiency in English for interaction is also required.
- Technical Requirements: Reliable internet connection and access to a computer/laptop are necessary for performing duties effectively.
- Flexibility: Capable of working flexible hours and demonstrating dedication to the job, ensuring availability to meet customer needs.
- Experience: While experience in customer service or business support is advantageous, it is not required. We welcome individuals with the ability to learn and grow within our team.
