Responsibilities:

  • Leverage various methods for lead generation, including cold calling, social media, and email marketing.
  • Create and source IT BANT leads/opportunities for web design/development and IT Support.
  • Pass live opportunities to the in-house business development team for deal closure.

About The Position:

As an Email Marketer at DevFinders, you will:

  • Create and source IT (web design/development and IT Support) BANT leads/opportunities.
  • Leverage cold calling, social media, email marketing, networking, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads.
  • Pass live opportunities to the in-house business development team for deal closure.
  • Earn uncapped high commissions with no base salary, potentially reaching significant values per lead.
  • Benefit from guaranteed lifetime commission on all client deals you bring to the table, backed by contract.

Mandatory Skills / Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in creating and sourcing IT BANT leads/opportunities.
  • Highly driven and motivated, exceptional at lead generation through various methods.
  • Demonstrable track record of high performance and tenacity in fast-moving sales technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment.
  • Keen to learn new technologies and techniques, enthusiastic, and professional.

Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Conduct marketing activities (cold calling, networking, social media) to generate successful leads.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to facilitate follow-on conversations with prospects.
  • Provide sound information and advice, identify customer needs, and offer suitable solutions.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and requirements.

On Target Earnings (OTE):

  • First-year minimum OTE: R100,000.00 (£5,000)
  • Second-year minimum OTE: R200,000.00 (£10,000)

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in creating and sourcing IT BANT leads/opportunities.
  • Exceptional skills in lead generation through various methods.
  • Demonstrable track record of high performance in fast-moving sales technology.
