Brief Description:
Consistently deliver quality service in a safe and secure cabin environment, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.

Detailed Description:

• Deliver in-flight customer service to set standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain proper utilization of company property to avoid wastage and misuse.
• Implement health, safety, and security standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Maximize profits by selling duty-free items.
• Resolve opportunities to improve on board, closing feedback with the assistant Flight Purser.

Job Requirements:

• Kenyan citizen.
• O or A level academic achievement or equivalent.
• Two (2) years’ experience in aviation, hospitality, and tourism, with a natural flair for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• IT proficient.
• Ability to swim.

Additional Details:

• English language proficiency.
• Foreign language proficiency and fluency are an added advantage.
• Customer and communication training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in a customer service environment is desirable.
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry, and company policies, procedures, and standards.
