Job Description:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Expert with strategic insight and hands-on experience in managing and executing digital advertising campaigns. This role involves leveraging web analytics, optimizing ad targeting, and understanding lead attribution across the buyer’s journey.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute digital advertising campaigns, emphasizing lead generation and ROI optimization.
- Oversee campaigns on key channels: LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Facebook.
- Conduct A/B testing for continuous campaign performance improvement.
- Utilize web analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools for performance tracking and analysis.
- Implement SEO best practices for enhanced search engine rankings.
- Expertly manage HubSpot workflows, lists, forms, pages, and marketing tools.
- Allocate and manage digital advertising budgets effectively.
- Analyze lead attribution across the buyer’s journey to inform marketing strategies.
- Stay informed about current digital marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, including expertise in digital advertising, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and HubSpot.
- Demonstrated ability in data-driven marketing, A/B testing, and web analytics.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- B2B marketing experience in the software or technology industry.
- Very strong understanding of ad asset and copy optimization for various channels and audiences.
- Very strong understanding of best-practice retargeting practices, conversion attribution, and customer touchpoint journey analysis.
- Very strong English communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, LinkedIn Advertising, HubSpot.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented and growth hacking approach.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday; 7 AM to 4 PM (Manila Time)
