Job Description:

Join GP Strategies Corporation as a Graphic Designer, where you’ll collaborate with the Art Director to produce visually captivating assets that elevate the brand identity of companies within the LTG brand family. Your focus will be on enhancing marketing efforts and expanding visual presence across online platforms, videos, and print media.

Responsibilities:

• Create visual content for digital platforms and print media, including presentations, eBooks, blog assets, videos, infographics, banners, and trade show stand designs.
• Ensure all work is of high quality and aligns with brand standards.
• Collaborate with the web team to design engaging websites.
• Work closely with the Art Director for the continued development of LTG brands.
• Stay updated on emerging digital trends and culture.
• Present creative ideas to the team and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is essential.
• Experience with Figma is essential (Adobe XD is a bonus).
• Thorough understanding of PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Basic animation/video editing skills (After Effects & Premier Pro).
• Knowledge of e-learning/training market is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams & the Office Suite of apps would be helpful.
