Responsibilities:

As an HR Systems Data Analyst at Play’n GO, your key responsibilities include:

Acting as a Superuser for all people-related systems, ensuring effective data capture and optimization.
Maintaining strong relationships with system providers for effective performance.
Supporting and driving system enhancement projects, including planning, testing, and implementation.
Reviewing and maintaining HR processes, procedures, and systems documentation.
Developing and delivering HR systems training.
Managing the integrity of people data and producing monthly reporting.
Producing and measuring HR SLAs and KPIs from people data sets.
Using HR systems data to develop and maintain meaningful HR dashboards and people metrics.

Qualifications:

Experience in HRIS systems practices, exposure to various HRIS platforms.
Strong analytical background with skills in reporting and dashboards.
Experience using people data to support people change.
Advanced skills in Excel.
Good knowledge of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
Understanding of General Data Protection Regulations.
Experience in using SQL and Power BI is desirable.
