Job Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from clients.
• Engage professionally with clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Follow established sales processes and scripts for maximum success.
• Promote branded apparel offerings and support fundraising and donation collection.
• Engage in ongoing coaching and training to enhance sales skills.

Qualifications:

• Residence in AL, AR, FL, GA, KS, MI, MO, MS, NV, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA, or WI.
• Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience or a 4-year college degree (preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of background check and provision of 3 professional references.
• Strong keyboarding and spelling skills.
• Quiet workspace and hard-wired internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in making high-volume sales calls.
• Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, Five9, or other call center software.
