Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative at Persona, you’ll drive business growth by nurturing and expanding customer relationships. With a focus on sales excellence, you’ll serve as the primary contact for both potential and existing customers, identifying opportunities for expansion while delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for existing and potential customers, delivering exceptional service and understanding their needs.
- Initiate outbound sales calls and emails to generate leads and opportunities, following up promptly on inquiries and providing relevant information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to achieve sales targets, keeping accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of solutions to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and technology.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours.
