We’re Searching for a Marketing Lead.
Role Overview:
As a Marketing Lead, you will drive our growth marketing strategies, leading a team responsible for scaling Persona’s presence globally. With your expertise, we will reach and engage millions, optimizing our significant marketing budget to maximize ROI and fuel the company’s growth.
What You’ll Achieve:
- Develop and oversee a sustainable, scalable growth marketing strategy that propels Persona’s expansion.
- Lead a talented team across various marketing domains, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine our marketing technology stack and data capabilities.
- Utilize analytics to understand our marketing funnel dynamics and identify new growth opportunities.
- Shape and advocate for a robust attribution model that accurately forecasts and reports on ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Steer overall marketing performance metrics, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
- Craft and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies that drive new and expansion revenue.
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost pipeline and revenue.
- Partner with sales and marketing operations to synchronize strategies, enhance lead conversion, and monitor campaign effectiveness.
- Innovate and maintain optimal team structures, balancing in-house expertise and outsourced talent as needed.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with a proven focus on growth and pipeline development.
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing demand generation teams.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to question assumptions and use creativity to drive business results.
- Effective communication skills, conveying complex strategies with clarity and authority.
- The agility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, leading a diverse and high-performing team.
