Job Summary:

Bridge Talent Management is seeking a reliable Office Administrator to undertake administrative tasks, ensuring efficient support for the staff. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing tasks and working with little supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and trustworthiness.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Serve as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
  • Supervise administrative staff and delegate responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, and correspondence for upper management.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures and update records and databases.
  • Track office supply stocks and place orders as necessary.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Assist colleagues as needed and manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.

Requirements:

  • University degree preferably in a business-oriented field.
  • Two years of working experience required.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proven excellence as an office assistant, administrator, or in a relevant position.
  • Outstanding communication skills in person, in writing, and over the phone.
  • Familiarity with common office procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to take meeting minutes, organize events, and manage diaries effectively.
