Job Description:
As a Paid Ads Manager at Deel, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of Paid activity, overseeing awareness, consideration, and acquisition campaigns. Collaborate with local marketing managers, ensuring alignment with regional trends and optimization of paid channels. Test and iterate on campaign structures, ad creative, and budgets for continuous growth and expansion. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Paid Marketing, Copywriting, Design, and others to ensure successful campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of Paid activity for Deel in specific markets within EMEA.
- Collaborate with local marketing managers to identify regional trends and optimize paid channels.
- Test and iterate on campaign structures, ad creative, and budgets for continuous growth.
- Work with cross-functional teams to construct and iterate on new ads and A/B tests.
- Educate the Growth team and other regional paid managers on the latest paid trends.
- Maintain relationships with Paid vendors (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in managing regional paid ads for a B2B brand, in-house.
- Proficient in Paid Social and Search platforms with performance-based goals.
- Data-driven with expertise in setting up dashboards and using analytics tools.
- Proven track record of regional lead generation and revenue impact.
- Experience in working with regional and global teams, hitting CPL, SQO, and ROAS KPIs.
- Strong relationship-building skills for effective collaboration.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

- Managed Paid for an HR or FinTech B2B SAAS company.
- Experience in localization of ads, country-specific targeting, and campaigns in multiple languages.
- Worked in a fast-growing startup or remote & distributed team.
- Fluency in languages other than English.
