Job Description: Paid Social Media Growth Manager

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and execute digital marketing services through Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram, and potentially Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok).
  • Independently manage medium to large clients, demonstrating expertise in media buying without supervision.
  • Facilitate successful onboarding of new customers, develop digital marketing strategies, and configure appropriate retainers.
  • Establish customer support practices by creating and maintaining policies and procedures for an optimal client experience.
  • Benchmark, measure, and report on campaign performance.
  • Manage post-sale activity, focusing on relationship building, planning, coaching, and execution.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures for client relationship management, weekly reporting, and monthly reporting.
  • Run weekly/bi-weekly client calls, managing relationships with the agency.
  • Maintain internal best practice guides and report on industry updates, operational best practices, and new technologies.
  • Understand paid social best practices, successfully implementing and speaking to all channel-specific features relevant to a client’s business.
  • Assist management with business development and financial planning.

What You Need:

  • Track record of academic achievement, leadership, and involvement at a top institution.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience, specifically within Facebook Ads Manager (TikTok + other platforms a plus).
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and creative critical thinkers.
  • Ability to navigate tools/platforms outside of ads manager (MTA tools a plus).
  • Understanding of the impact creative can have on an account, ability to conceptualize, advise, and iterate creative.
  • A/B testing expertise and ability to analyze findings at a granular level.
  • Team player actively engaging with others in the department to share findings and contribute to the culture.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary.
  • Full-time (40 hours per week), long-term remote position.
  • Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (±1 hour accepted) – EST.
