Job Description:

Join ClearDesk as a part-time US Real Estate Assistant, supporting clients with administrative tasks, marketing, social media management, CRM maintenance, lead generation, and prospecting. Leverage your expertise to provide exceptional service while enjoying the benefits of permanent remote work.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to clients in the real estate sector, including marketing initiatives and CRM maintenance.
  • Assist with social media management, lead generation, and prospecting to enhance client outreach and engagement.
  • Utilize tools like Hubstaff for time tracking and ensure efficient workflow management.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality service that exceeds client expectations.
  • Maintain professional-level English proficiency (written and verbal/voice) to facilitate effective communication with clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder with relevant experience in real estate or related fields.
  • Submission of NBI Clearance, Police Clearance, or equivalent background check upon hiring.
  • Proficiency in Hubstaff, CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Prior experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator is advantageous.
  • Reliable computer or laptop with internet access (minimum speed of 25 Mbps).
