Your responsibilities include maintaining a vigilant presence, enforcing safety regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide lifeguard services and swimming lessons.
- Monitor the pool area for safety and rule compliance.
- Ensure cleanliness of the pool area, including restrooms and showers.
- Perform routine maintenance on pool equipment and report issues.
- Monitor pool chemistry levels for safe chemical balance.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with residents.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions and concerns.
Qualifications:
- One year or more experience as a pool attendant/lifeguard.
- CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Lifeguard Certification (an added advantage).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (an added advantage).
- Friendly outgoing personality.
