Key Responsibilities:

• Reservation Management: Handle hotel reservations, inquiries, and bookings, ensuring availability and confirming details with clients.
• Guest Communication: Interact with guests through various channels, assisting with inquiries, booking modifications, and cancellations.
• Check-In/Check-Out Coordination: Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process, addressing any special requests or concerns.
• Payment Processing: Manage payment transactions, issuing invoices, and receipts as necessary.
• Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of hospitality, ensuring guests have exceptional experiences throughout their stay.
