Your role involves conducting Zoom interviews, organizing virtual training sessions, and coordinating engaging virtual office events. Effective communication skills are paramount as you manage calls, ensuring our mission and values resonate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1-on-1 Zoom interviews: Identify and engage potential financial advisors aligning with our commitment to financial literacy and community empowerment.
- Organize virtual group training sessions: Facilitate sessions to ensure our associates are well-prepared to make a meaningful impact.
- Coordinate engaging virtual office events: Plan events promoting camaraderie, professional growth, and personal development.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls: Communicate our mission and values clearly to clients and potential team members.
- Empower and equip team members: Provide support and guidance to enable the success of our team members.
Requirements: To excel, you should:
- Possess proficiency in conducting 1-on-1 Zoom interviews and facilitating Zoom meetings.
- Exhibit strong communication skills in written and verbal interactions.
- Be familiar with social media platforms for community impact.
- Ensure a reliable Wi-Fi connection and maintain a dedicated computer setup.
