Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients through diverse channels, employing cold calling, email outreach, and social media to establish a robust sales pipeline.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a profound understanding of the Social Bolt service, effectively communicating its benefits and value propositions to potential customers.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual sales presentations, showcasing the advantages of the Social Bolt service and addressing customer questions and objections.
- Negotiate and Close Sales: Utilize effective sales techniques to negotiate pricing and terms, securing sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, providing excellent post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, calls, conversions, and regularly report progress to the sales support department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote engagement with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools like WhatsApp.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours accommodating different time zones.
- Quiet and dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable computer equipment for remote sales activities.
