Role Description:
Embark on a fulfilling career as a Remote Travel Specialist with Mermaid Dreams Travel. This remote position offers flexibility and endless possibilities as you collaborate with clients to create unforgettable travel experiences. As a responsible Travel Booking Agent, you will engage with over 133 preferred vendors to ensure seamless reservations and elevate our clients’ dream vacations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and secure reservations for flights, cruises, hotels, rental cars, and more.
• Maintain regular communication with clients via phone or email.
• Handle secure payments and apply them to client reservations.
• Participate in live and recorded training sessions to stay informed about new products, safety procedures, and health protocols.

Qualifications:

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-discipline and a high work ethic.
• Positive attitude, coachable, and trainable.
• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and/or tablet with reliable internet/wifi.
• Comfortable working in a remote setting.
• Prior travel experience is advantageous.
