Responsibilities:

• Vacation planning for leisure, destination weddings, sports teams, family trips, romantic getaways, group travel, work trips, and more!
• Plan travel details, including transportation, accommodation, and airlines, based on client preferences and needs.
• Work with clients to determine their traveling requirements and desires.
• Guide clients on appropriate transportation styles, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
• Book transportation and hotel reservations on behalf of clients.
• Collect payments and process fees.
• Resolve travel issues, complaints, and facilitate refunds as needed.
• Maintain accurate client information and financial records.
• Stay up-to-date with tourism trends by attending travel seminars.

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Relevant work experience in the travel industry or a strong passion for the travel industry.
• Possess a computer, smartphone, and reliable wifi.
• Excellent sales and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a positive attitude towards challenges.
• Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Enthusiastic about learning and self-motivated.
