Role Overview:
As a dynamic Sales Assistant, you will be a key player in providing extensive administrative support to our Sales Leadership team based in the United States. Your responsibilities will encompass calendar management, administrative tasks, and coordination of crucial company events and meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize complex calendars efficiently, considering multiple time zones and business leaders.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and communications professionally.
- Coordinate and support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and essential business reviews.
- Assist in various administrative and operational tasks, including documentation, data entry, and report generation.
- Collaborate with the executive operations team and Executive Assistants (EAs) to streamline processes and ensure seamless support.
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for leadership if required.
- Handle special projects and initiatives as assigned by the sales leadership team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative support role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in calendar management, scheduling tools, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
- Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and willing to work hybrid remote/in-office.
Salary Estimate:
A reasonable estimate of the salary for this role, at the time of posting, is $70,000 – $80,000. Cato operates from a high place of trust and transparency, aligning pay range with your needs. Compensation may vary based on factors like skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications.
