Your Qualifications
- Experience in selling marketing products or services, preferably digital (B2B sales experience in print, radio, television, etc., will also be considered).
- Proficiency in online marketing, particularly SEO and Google Ads.
- Experience in lead prospecting, email marketing, and outbound sales communication is advantageous.
- Strong command of voice, presence, and authority in communication.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps preferred.
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
- Self-motivated, professional, and positive approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
- Reliable transportation if working in-house.
- Private, reliable high-speed internet connection if working remotely.
- Excellent phone coverage or service from the remote work location.
- Quiet working environment free from background noise.

Your Duties and Tasks
- Cold call prospects from company-provided lists in targeted industries and regions.
- Develop prospect lists and methodologies based on company priorities and targets.
- Utilize, maintain, and enhance company-provided cold calling scripts or materials.
- Follow up with prospective clients promptly and professionally.
- Understand prospective and existing clients’ backgrounds, product/service offerings, and objectives to offer tailored solutions.
- Stay informed about the industry landscape to identify opportunities for client solutions.
- Oversee proper prospect implementation and hand-off to strategy team members for closure.
- Provide timely and effective responses to client requests for proposals or information.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
- Provide updates to management using company-supplied sales forecast and tracking programs.
We are seeking talented and diligent candidates who excel in our skills tests, and we will consider these candidates even if past experience or educational background criteria aren’t met.
California, New York, Washington, and Colorado: Starting base pay for this position ranges between $15 – $35 per hour. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and seniority of the position offered. Outside of these states, compensation may fall outside the above ranges.
