Job Description:
About The Role:
As a Sales Team Lead at Bolt Food, you’ll play a crucial role in building and growing the partners’ database in the market. Lead and manage the team responsible for acquiring partners, including restaurants and grocery stores.
Your Daily Adventures Will Include:
- Overseeing restaurant sales acquisition performance, efficiency, and key metrics for the sales team.
- Recruiting, building, coaching, and training sales teams in various aspects, including selling strategy, product knowledge, and presentation skills.
- Leading by example, negotiating, and closing important deals when needed.
- Evaluating and supervising expansion opportunities into new cities, ensuring the correct supply to generate demand.
- Creating and improving Bolt Food’s Sales Playbook and sales materials.
- Shifting the sales strategy for the market, focusing on restaurant masterplans, lead generation, main partners, marketing actions, profitability, and priorities.
- Maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
- Identifying and removing blockers to growth, working on ad-hoc Bolt Food sales projects.
- Rethinking and innovating ways to improve performance.
- Managing and constantly improving sales tools.
- Achieving growth and hitting country/region sales targets.
About You:
- BS degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, account management, business consultancy, or business development.
- At least 3 years of experience managing teams.
- Excellent communication and written skills in English and the local language.
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to deliver under pressure and handle stress effectively.
- Passionate about new technologies and food tech.
- Organized, delivering tasks on time.
- Social and able to network with people of all backgrounds.
- Experience in the sharing economy, tech business, transport industry, startup, or dynamic high-growth company is a plus.
