Job Description:

ClearDesk is seeking experienced Shifting Care Coordinators to oversee client and caregiver schedules. The ideal candidate is responsive, flexible, and adept at addressing caregiver concerns promptly and professionally.

Why This Role is Titled “Shifting Care Coordinator”:

This full-time role (40 hours per week) includes a standard Monday-Friday shift during the initial three to four weeks for Care Coordination and Scheduler training. Afterward, a new shift schedule will be assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to caregivers outside regular business hours.
  • Answer patient calls, address questions, and assist in making new medical appointments.
  • Modify or cancel appointments as needed.
  • Manage caregiver schedules, filling open shifts, and coordinating staffing adjustments.
  • Maintain updated phone lists and current staff information in the system.
  • Organize, track, and communicate about tasks efficiently.
  • Communicate schedule changes to the appropriate staff.

Requirements:

  • Hold a 3-year or 4-year Bachelor’s degree.
  • NBI Clearance required upon hire.
  • Comfortable using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application.
  • Experience in coordinating calendars, scheduling, and rescheduling.
  • Comfortable handling calls.
  • Recruitment experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Healthcare background is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with healthcare software is a plus (such as Wellsky).
  • Proficient in using scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Professional-level English proficiency (written and verbal/voice).
  • Possess a computer or laptop with internet access (minimum speed of 25 Mbps).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Full-time salary: Up to PHP 55,000 per month (Based on experience).
  • HMO coverage.
  • 100% Remote (Permanent work from home).
  • Paid training.
