Job Summary:
Join Outsourced as a Home-based Senior Admin & Office Manager. Leverage your experience to supervise and streamline administrative operations, fostering an efficient and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train administrative staff for optimal performance.
- Develop and implement administrative policies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
- Coordinate and manage office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings, including action items and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in ordering products and coordinating barbershop repairs and renovations.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring the office budget.
- Review and approve office-related expenses.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Serve as a point of contact between barbershops and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety within the office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Work Location:
- Homebased
- Strong internet connection required (minimum of 20 MBPS)
- Own laptop/PC required (minimum of i5 8GB minimum)
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday; 7 AM to 4 PM (Manila Time)
