Job Description:

As a Senior Content Strategist & Writer, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving customer success through strategic content creation and curation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in shaping the content strategy, demonstrating autonomy in its execution.
- Lead end-to-end content development, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project scope across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Craft compelling content that effectively communicates product messaging, targeting technical audiences on diverse topics such as Coding, DevOps, Cloud Computing, and Cyber Security.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with go-to-market teams to develop email nurtures and provide content support to Strategic, Corporate, and Product Marketing.
- Curate engaging blogs, case studies, and other content assets to reinforce GitLab’s thought leadership in the DevOps domain.
- Drive continuous improvement in content strategy, processes, and outcomes, while mentoring and entrusting tasks to other team members as appropriate.
- Identify new content opportunities, audiences, and tactics, aligning initiatives with organizational objectives and reporting on outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in content-related roles, with at least 3 years in enterprise software marketing.
- Proven track record in writing for technical audiences, covering areas like Coding, DevOps, Cloud Computing, IT Infrastructure, and Cyber Security.
- Demonstrated expertise in content strategy development, execution, and optimization.
- Proficiency in using GitLab and other relevant tools for content creation and collaboration.
