Job Description: Senior Product Manager – Growth
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, building products on both mobile and web.
- Experience with CRO (conversion rate optimization), activation, and other growth mechanisms.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and behavior, with an instinct for a good user experience.
- Strong sense of ownership and prioritization, capable of identifying and solving problems independently.
- Ability to use product metrics and analytical mindset for informed decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and creativity skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement data-driven strategies to enhance website-to-app conversion.
- User Activation: Optimize onboarding flow and activation mechanisms to maximize user activation rates.
- Push Notifications: Develop and execute effective push strategies for improved user activation, retention, and reactivation.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing for different strategies and features, analyzing results for data-driven decision-making.
- Analysis: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize performance metrics related to conversion and activation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Analysts, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams in a cross-functional environment.
