Responsibilities:

  • Implement SEO best practices in video content, optimizing titles, descriptions, and tags.
  • Demonstrate strong graphic design and video editing skills to produce visually compelling content.
  • Conduct comprehensive SEO keyword research related to real estate, property types, and locations.
  • Enhance visuals through skilled editing using Final Cut Pro and Insta360 Studio for both photos and videos.
  • Manage paid social media ads and optimize campaigns.
  • Optimize property listings, web pages, and blog posts for search engines.
  • Oversee social media management and engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Create engaging content, including Instagram Reels and stories.
  • Generate infographics and video content ideas.
  • Manage Squarespace and contribute to the growth of social media reach, connecting with investors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (3-year or 4-year).
  • NBI Clearance required upon hire (or a similar Background Check).
  • Comfortable using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application.
  • Social media management and/or marketing experience.
  • Experience using Insta360 Studio, Final Cut Pro, and Canva.
  • SEO, Squarespace, and Google Business Page experience.
  • Advanced photo and video editing experience, graphic design skills.
  • Passion for digital marketing with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice).
  • Experience using any Customer Relationship Management software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Computer or laptop with internet access (min speed of 25 Mbps).

Submit a portfolio or work sample of Social Media/Marketing materials you have created.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Up to PHP 50,000 per month (Based on experience).
