Job Role: SEO Marketing Associate

Responsibilities:

• Implement captivating advertising, digital, and communication plans to empower the marketing team and achieve extraordinary results.
• Oversee the website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure our online presence is always fresh and up-to-date.
• Dive into data and create monthly analytics reports, providing valuable insights and suggesting strategies for continuous improvement and growth.
• Engage the audience through regular social media updates and responsive interactions with followers.
• Craft compelling social media content, web copy, blogs, and other materials to contribute to overall marketing success.
• Manage social media accounts across all companies, creating engaging content, and monitoring media traffic for meaningful results.
• Collaborate with senior staff on developing eye-catching marketing materials and assist with event planning to make a significant impact on promotional efforts.

• Ensure seamless coordination of marketing communications across platforms, aligned with marketing plan objectives and organizational needs.
• Provide valuable insights and contributions to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies, being a valuable asset to the marketing team.
• Maintain a consistent and captivating brand image across all platforms, leaving a lasting impression on the audience.

Qualifications:

• Stay ahead of the curve with a deep understanding of the latest marketing trends, bringing fresh and innovative strategies.
• Showcase expertise in web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
• Excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with exceptional project management and communication skills.
• Have 2+ years of experience in Marketing or a related field, providing valuable insights and creativity to the team.
• Demonstrate awareness of industry trends and best practices, leveraging a keen awareness of the current marketing landscape.
• Exhibit proficiency in social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations, driving impactful results with a diverse skill set.
• Possess strong communication abilities and solid project management skills, ensuring seamless coordination within marketing efforts.
• Background in marketing efforts is invaluable, and experience in real estate marketing is a plus.
