Job Description:
Embark on a transformative journey as a Social Media Content Writer/Editor with Aquent. As part of the dynamic social media content planning and development team, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting engaging content targeting the 13–17-year-old audience, fostering resilience against antisemitism, hatred, and Holocaust denial prevalent on social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns targeting 13–17-year-olds, fostering engagement and growth.
- Research and craft compelling content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with data analysts to evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Serve as an internal expert on the 13–17-year-old audience preferences, aiding in content adaptation and sharing insights with relevant teams.
- Regularly update Content Strategy and Content Collaboration teams on campaign progress and strategy effectiveness.
- Coordinate with other MARCOM teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience creating social media content and campaigns in nonprofit, museum, or media environments.
- Proficiency in conceptualization, writing, and editing to develop engaging and accurate content for diverse audiences.
- Experience in tracking content performance and adjusting strategies to meet or exceed engagement benchmarks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in design and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, and Google Suite.
- Knowledge of and interest in Holocaust history, including historical context, causes, events, and significance.
