Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptional Social Media Manager to join a leading hardware crypto wallet backed by Binance that helps users grow and protect their digital assets. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing social media strategies that align with business goals and target audience. You will generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content across multiple platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and YouTube. You will also liaise with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels, and identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders. Additionally, you will monitor, track, analyze and report on the performance of social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Twitter insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends, industry experts, competitors, and target audience.
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals, identify strategic weaknesses, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and measure campaign performance against KPIs.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news) daily across multiple platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries and monitor customer reviews.
  • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Twitter insights.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.
  • Work Mondays to Saturdays: 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. You are entitled to one (1) hour lunch break every day. The Saturday working date is only applied every fortnight. However, where the exigencies of the services so require, you shall be required to work beyond your normal working hours from time to time without overtime compensation.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience within social media in the blockchain industry, ideally 3+ years.
  • Expertise in managing multiple social media platforms.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent skills in time management, project management, and data analysis.
  • Can speak English fluently.

Nice to have:

  • Chinese language.
  • Experience in a social media role with an account user base of >500,000 users.
