Job Description:
Norton Consulting is seeking a dedicated Virtual Travel Booking Assistant to provide exceptional support to travelers in planning and booking their trips. Working remotely, you will utilize digital tools to assist clients in making travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Engage with clients via email, phone, or chat to understand their travel preferences and provide personalized recommendations and itineraries.
- Research and Planning: Conduct comprehensive research on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities to create customized travel plans.
- Booking Services: Make reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel-related services, aligning with client preferences and budget.
- Travel Documentation: Assist clients in obtaining necessary travel documents, visas, and insurance, offering guidance on passport and visa requirements.
- Budget Management: Help clients manage travel budgets by finding cost-effective options and informing them about potential expenses.
- Travel Itineraries: Create detailed travel itineraries, including daily schedules and restaurant reservations, catering to client requests.
- Problem Solving: Address any travel-related issues or emergencies during the client’s trip, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
