What You Will Be Doing:

• Utilize technical acumen and tools like OpenAI Code Interpreter, LangChain, and AWS Glue to revolutionize educational services.
• Leverage AI to enhance services, breaking down complex cases into component steps and designing AI prompts accordingly.
• Ensure the quality of AI solutions by thoroughly checking and validating IDSs (Interactive Dialogue Systems).
• Hands-on involvement in research and data, building prototypes to push the quality bar higher.

What You Won’t Be Doing:

• Delegating tasks all day; you’ll be hands-on in research and data, actively involved in building prototypes.
• Engaging in time-consuming meetings; our asynchronous culture prioritizes written communication for decision-making and feedback.
• Managing in the traditional sense; leadership is demonstrated through example and setting high-quality standards for the team.
• Training LLMs; we’re interested in your ability to utilize Large Language Models, not train them.

Basic Requirements:

• A strong grasp of AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering, including Chain-of-Thought (CoT) prompting and Self-Consistency in CoT.
• Coding experience to assemble prompts into a working prototype service in a single day.
• Mastery of self-learning, applying learning science to your own learning journey.
• Process-focused mindset, designing simple, repeatable processes for scalable systems.

Nice-to-have Requirements:

• Experience with CodeInterpreter, LangChain, AWS Glue, and AI Orchestration tools to create 100% AI-based workflows.
• Prior successful experience automating manual processes.

Working with Crossover:

• Full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
• Compensation: $200 USD/hour ($400,000 USD/year, assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year).
• Payment period: Weekly.
