Job Description:

As a Virtual Assistant at Persona, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our clients, including some of the world’s fastest-growing technology startups. You will contribute to their business operations and support their scaling efforts across various departments. As a general problem solver, you will work on different projects and assist different teams within the client organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting emails and handling business communications.
  • Participating in video conferences.
  • Interfacing with clients and customers.
  • Scheduling and planning meetings and events.
  • Conducting online research and data collection using spreadsheets.
  • Reporting and analysis.
  • Engaging in creative work involving writing and media.
  • Undertaking other administrative tasks and projects.

Requirements:

  • Fully fluent in English.
  • Proficient in using apps and technology.
  • Ability to commit long-term and work full-time.
  • Availability to work during U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time).
  • No work experience required, but any relevant experience will be taken into account.
