Job Summary:

As a Virtual Assistant at SFA Scaling, you’ll play a crucial role in managing emails, scheduling meetings, conducting research, and handling administrative tasks for diverse clients. Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and Facebook Ads is preferred to enhance operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage email correspondence and scheduling for prompt communication.
• Conduct detailed research and compile data tailored to clients’ needs across industries.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize digital marketing tools like GoHighLevel for CRM tasks and Facebook Ads for campaign management to support clients’ marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) or English Proficiency Level of B2 and up.
• Cheerful personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional listening skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Stable internet connection, electricity, high-quality headset, and access to two screens.
• Required internet speed: 20mbps download, 10mbps upload.
• Availability for the 9AM-5PM shift (Eastern Time).

Compensation:

• $5 USD per hour with potential for more hours and bonus opportunities based on performance.
