Job Description:

Truelancer.com is seeking a Virtual Assistant to manage company communications, schedules, travel arrangements, and invoicing. If you’re organized, professional, and possess excellent communication skills, we want you to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly and professionally handle incoming phone calls and email correspondence.
  • Efficiently coordinate appointments, meetings, and clients’ schedules.
  • Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for employees.
  • Accurately prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Demonstrated 1-2 years of experience in administrative assistant roles or similar positions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong computer literacy.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management software or tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based file storage and collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365).
  • Experience in basic bookkeeping or accounting tasks.
