Responsibilities:
- Discuss itinerary and event options with clients, suggesting sporting events, destinations, transportation methods, and lodging possibilities based on clients’ interests.
- Make reservations on behalf of clients for air travel, car rentals, lodging, excursions, and activities while ensuring clients’ preferences are met.
- Coordinate payment schedules for itinerary packages or other components, processing authorized payments.
- Offer potential clients comprehensive price quotes for destination and event packages.
- Organize and deliver itinerary materials in a cohesive manner for clients.
