Job Description:

Summary:

Join our team as a Virtual Medical Receptionist, providing crucial administrative support to psychologists in private practice. Through compassionate communication and meticulous organization, you’ll ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism and empathy, addressing client and patient inquiries.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for psychologists using provided software, demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Coordinate psychologist calendars efficiently, ensuring accurate scheduling and organization.
  • Respond to email inquiries promptly and compassionately, updating patient information with strict confidentiality.
  • Assist in billing and payment processing, conveying information clearly to clients and adhering to procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team, providing updates and participating in tasks with excellent English communication.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns with empathy and understanding.
  • Adhere to data security and patient privacy protocols and guidelines.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation, demonstrating attention to detail in written communication.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing insights for improvement.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service with emphasis on empathetic communication.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with strong comprehension and empathetic conversation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in written communication.
  • Familiarity with email, scheduling software, and office tools.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and empathy in challenging situations.
  • Understanding of patient confidentiality and privacy regulations is advantageous.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Work Location: Permanent home-based
Requirements: Strong internet connection (minimum 20 MBPS), own laptop/PC (minimum i5 8GB)
Working Schedule: Permanent remote, Monday to Friday | 7AM to 4PM PH Time
