Job Summary/Overview:
As a Sales Consultant with TriNet, you’ll play a pivotal role in powering business success by promoting extraordinary HR solutions. Your responsibilities will include pursuing new prospects, sharing and quantifying TriNet’s value proposition, and selling comprehensive HR services. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of industries within emerging markets, executing the sales process, and building lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an annual plan to hit targets in assigned emerging market territories.
- Build a balanced pipeline of target prospects through traditional and partner-driven prospecting.
- Qualify opportunities with a deep understanding of target emerging markets.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships to gain successful business and long-term client relationships.
- Utilize a sophisticated and multi-step selling process, balancing multiple complex opportunities.
- Use Sales systems (Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo) to manage daily activities.
- Achieve annual quota target by meeting sales activity metrics.
- Complete administrative tasks and duties in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate TriNet’s Core Values daily.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements And Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B complex sales cycle role, with experience in SaaS, HRO, Cloud, HRIS, ERP, technology, or financial services (required).
- Proven PEO, HCM, and ASO experience is a plus (preferred).
Other Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:
- Strong phone-based development skills.
- Ability to conduct online demos and virtual meetings.
- Success with complex, consultative, C-level sales.
- Strong business acumen and P&L analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build a book of business from prospecting, sourcing, establishing, and maximizing partner and referral networks.
- Commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, continually changing business and work environment.
- Experience with technology and common software and web applications, including MS Office and Salesforce.com or comparable CRM.
Work Environment/Other Information:
- Remote work setting.
- Minimal travel may be required on occasion.
Salary Range:
$55,100 to $112,500. The final salary offer depends on skills, education, work location, and experience.
Candidates hired into sales roles are eligible for commissions consistent with TriNet’s commission plan.
