Job Description:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in the success of the Talent Acquisition team as it expands into new markets. You will collaborate with hiring managers to drive full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, evaluation, and interview coordination. Additionally, you will work closely with fellow recruiters to maintain the integrity of the hiring process and provide valuable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage full-cycle recruitment, both technical and non-technical positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and candidate profiles, developing effective recruitment strategies.
- Identify and engage recruitment firms to source qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement marketing and pipelining strategies to attract critical talent, utilizing market data and various channels.
- Act as a thought partner for hiring managers, ensuring objectivity and thorough assessment of candidates.
- Manage the interview process and maintain clear communication with candidates, managers, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to special projects that advance the talent agenda, such as running an Employee Referral Program.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- In-house recruitment experience within an organization.
- Talent advisor experience, influencing talent decisions and building partnerships with hiring managers.
- Strong track record in using marketing tactics, new technologies, and social media for candidate engagement and pipeline building.
- Proficient in process and project management, with a knack for optimizing systems and creating structure.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and writing skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
