Job Description:

X4 Communications is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Manager to join their dynamic team for an exciting NFT-based project. As the Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the project’s online presence, engaging with the community, and promoting NFT offerings. Your expertise in social media strategies and digital marketing will be key in expanding brand reach, increasing user engagement, and supporting overall project growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the project’s goals and objectives. Identify target audiences and devise plans to effectively engage them across various platforms.
  • Content creation and management: Develop engaging and shareable content tailored for different social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Discord, etc. Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Community engagement: Actively monitor and engage with the project’s online community, including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly. Foster meaningful interactions, answer questions, and address concerns to build a positive community experience.
  • Influencer partnerships: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, artists, collectors, and industry figures to enhance brand visibility and increase the project’s reach. Build and maintain relationships with key individuals and communities in the NFT space.
  • Campaign management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote NFT drops, events, partnerships, and other key milestones. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize results.
  • Analytics and reporting: Monitor social media metrics, generate reports, and provide insights on the project’s social media performance. Use analytics tools to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in the NFT and social media space. Continuously explore new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in social media management, preferably within the blockchain, NFT, or digital art space. Demonstrated success in growing social media followings and driving engagement.
  • Deep understanding of NFTs: Strong knowledge and passion for the NFT ecosystem, including familiarity with popular NFT marketplaces, trends, and the overall blockchain landscape. Experience with NFT marketing is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences. Proficient in crafting persuasive messaging and adapting communication style for different platforms.
  • Social media expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Experience managing social media accounts, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms. Familiarity with community management platforms is a plus.
  • Creativity and design skills: Proficiency in creating visually appealing and engaging social media content using graphic design tools or other creative software. Basic knowledge of photo and video editing is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset: Strong analytical skills to track and measure social media performance, interpret data, and extract actionable insights. Ability to use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Team player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment. Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
