About the Role:
We are seeking a well-organized and professional Virtual Assistant/Data Entry Specialist to handle remote communications for our company. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for managing various tasks, including communication, scheduling, travel arrangements, and invoicing. Your role will contribute to maintaining the company’s efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Manage travel arrangements for employees as needed.
- Issue invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain the company website and social media accounts.
Requirements:
