Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to customers via inbound calls and email support in English.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries accurately and promptly.
- Record and maintain customer interactions in our database.
- Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level targets.
- Stay updated on products and services to provide effective assistance.
- Adhere to department and company policies while assisting customers.
- Demonstrate commitment and flexibility towards work, ensuring attendance adherence.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or service.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets is advantageous.
- Neutral accent.
- Above-average typing speed is a plus.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
