Role Overview:

Truelancer.com is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial processes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining the integrity of financial data. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the organization’s financial health and success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of financial accounting, including preparation and analysis of financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for enhancing financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA designation preferred).
• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
