Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients’ brands effectively and professionally.
  • Craft solution-oriented emails and live chat responses to address customer inquiries and tickets, and handle phone calls.
  • Independently manage time and multitask effectively.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, teams, and management via Slack and Email.
  • Propose solutions and ideas to clients for enhancing their business and Customer Service Experience.
  • Participate in team meetings to provide updates and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent grammar and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience in E-commerce is a plus.
  • Adaptability to changes in the work environment.
  • Reliable Internet Connection and Working PC required.
  • Experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon, or customer service platforms like Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, and G Suite is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in communication tools such as Zoom Video, Phone, Slack, and Email required.
