Role Overview:
Intoude Foundation is seeking a meticulous and motivated Ecommerce Data Entry Specialist to join our ecommerce item production team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates to gain valuable experience in a dynamic corporate environment. While the primary work will be remote, occasional in-office assignments may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter product details into inventory management systems.
- Populate Google Sheets and Excel Spreadsheets with product-specific information, including copy, shopping guides, and size charts.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data entered.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent and high-quality data standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail with prior data entry experience.
- Proficiency in Google Drive products and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Preferred experience with ecommerce product attribution.
- A background in writing is highly desirable.
