Responsibilities:

  • Participate in surveys and studies from home, following provided instructions
  • Join research focus groups and complete written studies
  • Utilize provided products or services for the studies
  • Gather invoices, statements, reports, and personal details from employees, departments, and clients
  • Identify and correct errors in data and promptly notify relevant parties
  • Organize and efficiently input accurate information into spreadsheets and databases
  • Maintain data confidentiality and ensure data backups
  • Organize and store hard copies of data
  • Collaborate with remote teams and effectively communicate
  • Engage in online and in-person discussions
  • Perform additional duties as required

Requirements:

  • Working camera on smartphone or webcam on computer
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in data entry software, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of data confidentiality principles
  • Comfortable with digital tools and remote communication platforms
  • Suitable remote work setup
  • High school diploma or equivalent
