Job Description:
We’re seeking an innovative self-starter with strong content creation skills to join IgniteTech as a Marketing Manager. You’ll be part of a growing global marketing team, supporting our accelerated growth plans over the next five years. As a data-driven marketer, you’ll enjoy continuous testing, optimizing, and improving global marketing campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include developing comprehensive marketing campaigns and programs to drive demand, resulting in high-quality leads that convert to sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns and programs to drive demand, resulting in high-quality leads that convert to sales opportunities.
- Drive lead management and nurturing projects to increase funnel velocity and opportunity conversion.
- Partner across the team to build “buyer journey” campaign strategies.
- Steer team members to execute quarterly plans and events that drive MQLs.
- Plan and execute multi-tactic marketing programs for demand generation and lead nurturing programs, including email marketing, events, webinars, direct mail, print advertising, etc.
- Provide reporting and closely monitor and analyze the health of marketing contribution to the sales pipeline, program ROI, customer growth and penetration, contact acquisition, and activity.
Hiring Job: Marketing Content Creator
Basic Requirements:
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business, marketing, English, communications, journalism, or similar.
- 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience in developing and delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns, including content, with email as the core component.
- Previous experience updating an employer’s English-language website for marketing campaigns.
- At least 3 years of Hubspot campaign management experience.
