Position: Operatore Call Center – Team Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Efficiently manage day-to-day activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and achieving operational objectives.
  • Human Resource Management: Coordinate staff training, development, and performance evaluations, fostering constructive feedback and supporting professional growth.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement improvements, optimizing efficiency in insurance processing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with customer service and claims management teams, ensuring effective communication and workflow.
  • Performance Metrics Monitoring: Analyze team performance metrics regularly, identifying areas for improvement to maintain high standards.
  • Emergency Management: Handle critical situations, coordinating immediate responses, and providing clear direction for operational continuity.
  • Skills Development: Promote a growth-focused environment, implementing training and mentoring programs to enhance individual and collective skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years managing administrative teams, preferably in the car insurance sector.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Specialized Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of insurance back-office processes and industry regulations.
  • Problem Solving: Results-oriented with the ability to quickly resolve problems.
