Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Shifting Care Coordinators to manage all aspects of scheduling for clients and caregivers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate responsiveness, flexibility, and professionalism in addressing caregiver concerns.

Why “Shifting Care Coordinator?”

This role involves a Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week. Initially, you will follow a standard Monday-Friday shift for training, transitioning to a new shift schedule thereafter.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assistance to caregivers beyond regular business hours.
  • Handle patient calls, address inquiries, and assist in scheduling medical appointments.
  • Manage caregiver schedules, filling open shifts and adjusting staffing levels as needed.
  • Conduct check-ins and evaluations with caregivers.
  • Generate reports on caregiver supply and demand.
  • Maintain updated staff information and schedules digitally.
  • Communicate schedule changes to appropriate staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Comfortable using Hubstaff for time tracking.
  • Experience in calendar coordination and scheduling.
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal/voice).
  • Familiarity with healthcare software and scheduling systems is advantageous.
  • Recruitment or healthcare background is a plus.
  • Access to a computer or laptop with internet connection (minimum speed of 25 Mbps).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Full-time: Up to PHP 55,000 per month (Based on experience).
