About the Role:

SUCCESS Magazine is seeking a versatile Virtual Assistant for Marketing and Operations to support our dynamic marketing team. This role blends administrative tasks with project coordination, ensuring seamless operations and efficient project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and manage incoming emails, drafting responses or redirecting inquiries as necessary.
  • Coordinate meetings with external vendors and internal teams, maintaining synchronized calendars.
  • Organize project-related events and send timely reminders to team members.
  • Maintain organized files on Google Drive, ensuring documents are up to date and accessible.
  • Update project tasks and milestones in Monday.com, monitoring progress to meet deadlines.
  • Assist in updating project documentation and monitoring Slack channels for important messages.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute them to participants.
  • Track action items and ensure completion within specified deadlines.

Experience and Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools such as Google Drive, Monday.com, Gmail, and Slack.
  • Attention to detail in managing emails, calendars, and files.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic time management skills to meet deadlines and accurately update project tasks.
  • Aptitude for researching information and finding solutions to challenges.
